Quick Start
1. Create an account
Section titled “1. Create an account”Sign up at app.tryvarda.com. You’ll get a workspace with a phone number and web chat widget provisioned automatically.
2. Install the chat widget
Section titled “2. Install the chat widget”Add this snippet to your website, just before </body>:

3. Set up a phone number
Section titled “3. Set up a phone number”Go to Settings > Voice & SMS and purchase a phone number. Calls to this number will be routed through Varda’s AI voice agent.
4. Configure AI
Section titled “4. Configure AI”Go to Settings > AI to customize:
- AI voice and personality
- Knowledge base articles for context
- Confidence threshold for human escalation
5. Start receiving conversations
Section titled “5. Start receiving conversations”Inbound calls, chats, and emails will now appear in your Inbox. AI handles first-line responses, and you can take over at any time.
